General, payment & cancellation conditions for individual reservations

 

Arrival/Departure:

Check-in: from 2 p.m.

Check-out: until 12:00 (noon)

Check-in and check-out take place at the Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial(1.máje 757/29, Liberec), where you will receive room keys and a map with a marked path to the apartments.

NEW: Self-service kiosk in the hotel lobby.
Do you want to avoid queues at the hotel reception when checking in or out of the hotel? We have prepared a self-service kiosk for you, where you can arrange these two services yourself. Colleagues at the hotel will of course be available on site.
Check-in and Check-out can also be done via the "MyAlfred" mobile application.

Deposit:

Upon arrival, we will ask you for a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 (EUR 80) as a guarantee of your stay.
The deposit is possible in cash or as a guarantee by credit card.


Mandatory fee:

The stay fee of CZK 40 per adult and day is payable on arrival.

We will arrange the final cleaning for you. It is charged 500 CZK (20 EUR) per apartment / stay.


Breakfast:

Breakfast is not included in the price of the apartment and we do not provide it in the Pytloun Apartments Liberec either.
It can be ordered and drawn at the Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial.


Room cleaning:

Room cleaning during your stay is not included in the apartment rate. We will be happy to provide this service at your request and for a small surcharge of CZK 210 (8 EUR) per apartment and day.

The price of the continuous cleaning of the room includes the following services: dusting, change of towels, change of bed linen, washing of the bathroom and toilet, taking out the basket, washing dishes and returning to your place, cleaning of the balcony (if the balcony is part of the apartments).


Parking:

If you have arrived by car, the hotel parking is available for you free of charge. Reservation is not necessary.


Cancellation policy:

a) stays for 1-2 nights including:
Free cancellation is possible min. 1 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation of the ordered services less than 1 day before arrival or on case of no-show, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the first night of the ordered services, which were not used.

b) stays for 3 nights and more:
Free cancellation is possible min. 5 days before arrival.
If the stay is canceled or shortened 4-2 days before arrival, 50% of the total value of the ordered services will be charged.
If canceled up to 2 days before arrival or by no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the value of the ordered services.
In case of early departure, 100% of the value of the ordered services that have not been used will be charged.

c) stays in the period 29.12. - 31.12.:
Free cancellation is possible until 30.11.. If the reservation is canceled after this date, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee as follows:

- 29-21 days before arrival: 20% of the total price of the stay
- 20-14 days before arrival: 40% of the total price of the stay
- 13-7 days before arrival: 80% of the total price of the stay
- 6-0 days before arrival: 100% of the stay

When using the "prepay / non-refundable" price offer, the total payment of the stay on the day of booking is required. The price of the reservations is non-refundable. In case of change of reservation or by cancellation, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation value.

Note: These conditions are valid for individual reservations and for reservations from our website. The started cancellation conditions are not valid for groups. With pleasure we will send you group cancellation conditions on request.


Guarantee of stay & Cancellation:

A credit card or prepayment of the first night is required as a guarantee.

For reservations in the period from 29.12. - 31.12. we require a 100% prepayment, payable on the day of booking confirmation.

To cancel a reservation, it must be canceled online, by email or, if necessary, contact the Central Reservation Departmentor the hotel Reception to confirm the cancellation.

If canceled, the first night will be charged. Deposit/reservation fee is non-refundable.


Payment in the hotel:

The stay at the hotel can be paid in cash (CZK, EUR), by credit card or valid gift voucher "PYTLOUN HOTELS".
